ביום 15.2.26 אישרה הממשלה את שינוי 24 לתמ"א 1 — צעד משמעותי בהסדרת מתקנים אגרו-וולטאיים, המאפשר שילוב ייצור חשמל מאנרגיה מתחדשת לצד עיבוד חקלאי פעיל לאורך חיי המתקן.On 15 February 2026 the government approved Amendment 24 to TAMA 1 — a significant step in regulating agrivoltaic facilities, enabling renewable-electricity generation alongside active agricultural cultivation throughout the facility's life.

החלטת הנהלת רמ"י מספר 5772 שעניינה הקמת מתקנים סולאריים על גדרות היקפיות — הן בשטחים לתעסוקה ומוסדות ציבור והן במבני משק במרחב הכפרי, כחלק מקידום ייצור חשמל מאנרגיה מתחדשת.ILA Management Decision 5772 regarding the installation of solar facilities on perimeter fences — both in employment and public-institution areas and on agricultural-boundary structures in the rural space — as part of advancing renewable-electricity generation.

המועצה הארצית לתכנון ולבנייה צפויה לדון בפרסום להשגות הציבור של שינוי מס' 24 לתמ"א 1 להסדרת מתקנים אגרו-וולטאיים — סולאריים בקרקע חקלאית תוך שמירה על עיבוד חקלאי מיטבי לאורך כל תקופת פעילותם.The National Planning and Building Council is expected to publish Amendment 24 to TAMA 1 for public objections — regulating agrivoltaic facilities, namely solar installations on agricultural land while preserving optimal cultivation throughout their operational life.

ביום 9.10.2024 אישרה הממשלה שינוי להוראות פרק מתקני אגירת האנרגיה בתמ"א 1 (תמ"א 1/19/1). התיקון מאפשר הקמת מתקני אגירה גדולים (עד 16 מ"ו) ביעודים נוספים ביחס למצב הקיים.On 9 October 2024 the government approved an amendment to the energy-storage chapter of TAMA 1 (TAMA 1/19/1). The amendment permits installation of large storage facilities (up to 16 MW) in additional land-use categories beyond the current regime.

מליאת רשות החשמל אישרה ביום 2.11.2023 את ההליך התחרותי הראשון למתקני אגירה גדולים במתח עליון — הזמנה להציע הצעות לקביעת תעריף זמינות למתקנים המתחברים או משתלבים ברשת המתח העליון בשלושה אזורי הארץ.On 2 November 2023 the Electricity Authority approved the first competitive procedure for large high-voltage storage facilities — a call for proposals to set an availability tariff for facilities connecting to or integrating with the high-voltage grid across three regions of the country.

ביום 8.8.2021 התקבלה החלטת ממשלה מס' 310 שאישרה את תיקון מס' 10 לתמ"א 1 — תמ"א 10/ד/2/10 להסדרת מתקנים פוטו-וולטאים, בהמשך להחלטת הממשלה מיוני 2020 שהגדירה יעדי אנרגיה מתחדשת.On 8 August 2021 Government Decision 310 was adopted, approving Amendment 10 to TAMA 1 — TAMA 10/D/2/10 for the regulation of photovoltaic facilities, a direct follow-on to the June 2020 government decision that set Israel's renewable-energy targets.
