The local authority directly and indirectly affects most aspects of its residents' lives, and by its very nature, its operations are complex and varied.

In order to assist an authority in its day-to-day operations, it is important to engage professionals who are well acquainted with the municipal language and the various complexities of its activities. Our firm has extensive experience representing some of the largest local authorities in Israel, and in representing local committees in various communities operating pursuant to Section 90 of the Local Councils Order (Regional Councils).

Accompanying Local Authorities

The legal accompaniment and representation of the local authorities among our firm's clients includes, inter alia, ongoing accompaniment in various legal proceedings, examination of the legal/statutory, public, and business aspects of the local authority's activities, representation in legal and administrative proceedings before the competent courts, counsel to the tenders department and tenders committee and their representation before legal courts, as well as accompaniment and advice on planning and construction matters.
