Adv. Merav Monbaz-Yusupian leads the Labor Law Department and the Community and Demographic Growth practice within the Cooperative Associations Department. Merav has extensive experience providing ongoing legal support to kibbutzim and moshavim and their various entities, addressing the full range of economic, business, community, and governance needs.
Merav advises cooperative associations on matters including apartment allocation (shiuach dirot) and demographic growth, lifestyle changes, drafting mutual guarantee arrangements, adopting and amending bylaws, and related topics. In addition, Merav specializes in labor law, providing ongoing counsel and guidance to private employers, associations, and companies — from recruitment and preparation of tailored employment agreements through to support at the termination of employment relationships.
She also assists the firm's clients in their engagements with contractors and service providers, delivers training and guidance to employers on various topics including respectful and safe work environments, implementation of the law on prevention of sexual harassment, and supports employers through organizational restructuring, efficiency processes, and more.
