Adv. Eviatar Knoller is a founding partner and co-founder of the firm, leading the Commercial Department, Litigation Department, and Cooperative Associations Department.

Eviatar is widely recognized as a leading litigator across all areas of judicial proceedings. He has extensive experience providing ongoing legal counsel and representing multinational corporations, local and international banks, commercial corporations (including in the industrial sector and energy companies), as well as cooperative associations, kibbutzim, and moshavim — both in day-to-day business matters and complex commercial transactions, including competition law.

Eviatar represents the firm's clients in complex legal proceedings before all courts and tribunals, including insolvency proceedings, receivership, and related matters. He has been appointed by courts and the Official Receiver as an officeholder in complex insolvency proceedings.

He also has extensive experience representing local authorities and local committees, and has developed unique, long-standing expertise in cooperative associations law, real estate, planning and construction law, and administrative law.
