Adv. Yasmin Elbaz leads the Cooperative Associations Department in the area of community and demographic growth, and also represents the firm's clients before various courts, arbitration proceedings, and the Registrar of Cooperative Associations.

Yasmin specializes in advising and guiding cooperative associations, with a focus on kibbutzim and moshavim across a variety of matters. Among other things, she handles drafting of bylaws and decisions, guiding legal and strategic processes, changes in lifestyle, absorption procedures, apartment allocation (shiuach dirot), asset allocation, mutual guarantee arrangements, establishment and management of reserve funds, and more. Yasmin also serves as an arbitrator in various disputes at the Kibbutz Movement's Institution for Arbitration and Mediation.
