Adv. Yariv Shai Yashinovsky leads the Insolvency Department at the firm and has extensive experience in representing and handling all insolvency proceedings, including creditor arrangement proceedings conducted both under court supervision and out of court. He also guides corporations through economic rehabilitation and recovery processes.

Yariv has served as counsel to the Official Receiver and is currently listed among the trustees serving as officeholders in individual and corporate insolvency proceedings in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District. In 2022, Yariv was elected to serve as trustee in complex corporate insolvency proceedings and is listed on the trustees' rosters for individual cases and the district trustees' list.

For over 10 years, Yariv has represented the Tel Aviv-Jaffa Municipality in insolvency proceedings, leading significant changes in the municipality's approach as a creditor and advancing meaningful legal precedents in the field. He is regularly invited to lead seminars on insolvency-related topics and participates in conferences and roundtables in the field.

Yariv also has extensive experience managing and handling civil and commercial litigation in all courts.
