מובילה את מחלקת האגודות השיתופיות בתחום הקהילה והצמיחה הדמוגרפית וכן מייצגת את לקוחות המשרד בערכאות המשפטיות השונות, בהליכי בוררות ובפני רשם האגודות השיתופיות. יסמין מתמחה בליווי וייעוץ לאגודות שיתופיות, בדגש על קיבוצים ומושבים במגוון תחומים. בין היתר עוסקת בעריכת תקנונים וניסוח החלטות, ליווי תהליכים משפטיים ואסטרטגיים, שינוי אורחות חיים, קליטה, שיוך דירות, שיוך נכסים, עריכת הסדרי ערבות הדדית, הקמה וליווי של קרנות מילואים ועוד. יסמין משמשת גם כבוררות בסכסוכים שונים במוסד לבוררות וגישור של התנועה הקיבוצית.Yasmin leads the community and demographic growth practice within the firm's cooperative societies department and represents the firm's clients before the various judicial tribunals, in arbitration proceedings and before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies. Yasmin specializes in advising cooperative societies, with particular emphasis on kibbutzim and moshavim, across a wide range of matters — including drafting bylaws and resolutions, managing legal and strategic processes, lifestyle changes, absorption, housing allocation, asset allocation, mutual-guarantee arrangements, establishment and support of reserve funds, and more. She also serves as an arbitrator in disputes before the Kibbutz Movement's Institute for Arbitration and Mediation.
