עו"ד יריב שי ישינובסקי, מוביל את מחלקת חדלות הפירעון במשרד והינו בעל ניסיון עשיר בייצוג ובטיפול בכל הליכי חדלות הפירעון, לרבות בהליכי גיבוש הסדר נושים בפיקוח בימ"ש ומחוץ לכותלי בית המשפט. כמו כן, יריב מלווה תאגידים בהליכי שיקום כלכלי והבראתם. יריב שימש כבא-כוח הכונס הרשמי וכיום נמנה על רשימת הנאמנים המשמשים כבעלי תפקיד בהליכי חדלות פירעון ליחידים ולתאגידים במחוז תל-אביב יפו. בשנת 2022 יריב נבחר לשמש נאמן בהליכי חדלות פירעון מורכבים שמתנהלים לתאגידים שונים, וכן נמנה על רשימות הנאמנים לניהול הליכים בעניינם של יחידים ורשימת הנאמנים מחוזית. מזה למעלה מ-10 שנים, יריב מייצג את עיריית תל-אביב יפו בהליכי חדלות פירעון ובמסגרת זו הוביל לשינוי משמעותי בתפישת העירייה כנושה, תוך שינוי הלכות משפטיות משמעותיות בתחום. יריב מוזמן, כדבר שבשגרה, להנחות השתלמויות הקשורות בתחום חדלות פירעון וכן משתתף בכנסים ובשולחנות עגולים בתחום. יריב בעל ניסיון עשיר בניהול וליווי תיקי ליטגציה אזרחית ומסחרית בכל הערכאות המשפטיות.Attorney Yariv Shai Yashinovsky leads the firm's insolvency practice and has rich experience in representing and handling all forms of insolvency proceedings, including court-supervised and out-of-court creditor arrangements. Yariv advises corporations on economic rehabilitation and recovery. He previously served as counsel to the Official Receiver and is currently listed as a trustee in insolvency proceedings for individuals and corporations in the Tel Aviv–Jaffa District. In 2022 he was appointed to serve as trustee in complex corporate insolvency proceedings, and is included in the trustee lists for proceedings involving individuals as well as the district trustee list. For more than a decade, Yariv has represented the Tel Aviv–Jaffa Municipality in insolvency proceedings, leading a significant shift in the municipality's approach as a creditor and establishing meaningful precedents in the field. Yariv is regularly invited to lead training sessions in insolvency and participates in conferences and roundtables in the field. He has extensive experience managing civil and commercial litigation at all judicial levels.
