She has extensive experience providing ongoing legal counsel to kibbutzim, moshavim and their various corporate entities, addressing the full spectrum of the business, community and officeholder needs. Merav advises cooperative societies on, among other things, housing allocation and demographic growth processes, lifestyle changes, mutual-guarantee arrangements, bylaws drafting and amendments, and more. In addition, Merav specializes in labor law and provides ongoing advice to private employers, associations and companies — from employee recruitment and tailored employment agreements through to the conclusion of the employment relationship. She also advises clients on engagements with contractors and service providers, delivers training on respectful and safe workplaces, implementation of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Law, and supports employers through organizational change, efficiency programs and similar initiatives.
