Yaniv has extensive experience in these areas, advising energy companies, entrepreneurs, kibbutzim, moshavim and rural communities on all aspects of their operations — from negotiation and execution through development, planning, regulatory proceedings and litigation, before the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Agriculture.
Yaniv also provides ongoing counsel to agricultural communities on settlement land matters, and serves as the go-to expert for all issues related to changing land use designations, regulatory procedures before the Israel Land Authority, and receiving exemptions from the Ministry of Agriculture for commercial use of agricultural land.
In addition, Yaniv advises one of the country's largest local planning and construction committees, as well as residents, settlers and entrepreneurs engaged in planning and construction matters.
