Adv. Liat Keinan leads the Litigation Department and the Mediation and Arbitration Department at the firm. Liat has extensive experience representing companies, cooperative associations, and individuals in litigation proceedings in the areas of commercial law, civil law, administrative law, real estate, and intellectual property.

She represents and guides the firm's clients in complex cases, combining knowledge and experience across a wide range of areas including business disputes, contractual claims, property claims (including intellectual property), administrative petitions, class actions, defamation suits, and more.

Liat has broad-based experience representing clients before all courts and tribunals in Israel, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. She serves as an arbitrator and mediator in complex proceedings across the firm's practice areas, and has been appointed as arbitrator and mediator by the Kibbutz Movement's Institution for Arbitration and Mediation.
