מוביל את תחומי האנרגיה והתשתיות, התכנון והבניה ואת תחום הנדל"ן ההתיישבותי במשרד. יניב הינו בעל ניסיון רב בתחומים אלו, והוא מלווה חברות אנרגיה, יזמים, קיבוצים, מושבים וישובים כפריים בקידום פרויקטים ומיזמים שונים החל משלב ההתקשרות והיזום ועד לביצוע, לרבות במסגרת ייצוג מול ועדות התכנון, רשות מקרקעי ישראל ומשרד החקלאות. כמו כן, יניב מלווה באופן שוטף יישובים חקלאיים בכל הנוגע למקרקעי היישוב, בעל ידע ובקיאות בהחלטות רשות מקרקעי ישראל וכן מוביל ומלווה הליכי שינוי ייעוד, הסדרת שימושי מקרקעין הטעונים הסדרה וקבלת היתרים לשימוש חורג מאת משרד החקלאות. לצד זאת, יניב מלווה ועדה מקומית לתכנון ובנייה מהגדולות בארץ, ישובים ויזמים בהליכים שונים בתחום התכנון והבניה.Yaniv leads the firm's energy & infrastructure, planning & construction, and rural real-estate practices. He has extensive experience in these fields and advises energy companies, developers, kibbutzim, moshavim and rural communities on the advancement of projects — from the engagement and initiation stage through to execution — including representation before planning committees, the Israel Land Authority and the Ministry of Agriculture. Yaniv provides ongoing advice to agricultural communities on all matters relating to settlement lands, is deeply familiar with Israel Land Authority decisions, and leads zoning-change proceedings, regularization of land uses requiring permits, and applications for non-conforming-use permits from the Ministry of Agriculture. Alongside this work, Yaniv represents one of Israel's largest local planning committees, as well as communities and developers, in a variety of planning and construction matters.
