מובילה את מחלקת הליטיגציה וכן את מחלקת הגישורים והבוררויות במשרד. ליאת בעלת ניסיון רב בייצוג חברות, אגודות שיתופיות ויחידים בהליכי ליטיגציה בתחומי המשפט המסחרי, האזרחי, המנהלי, המקרקעין והקניין הרוחני. ליאת מייצגת ומלווה את לקוחות המשרד בתיקים מורכבים, באופן המשלב ידע וניסיון במגוון רב של תחומים ובהם סכסוכים עסקיים, תביעות חוזיות, תביעות בתחומי הקניין לרבות הקניין הרוחני, עתירות מנהליות, תובענות ייצוגיות, תביעות דיבה ועוד. ליאת הינה בעלת ניסיון רחב היקף בייצוג לקוחות בפני כלל הערכאות ובתי המשפט בישראל וכן בהליכי בוררות וגישור. ליאת משמשת כבוררת וכמגשרת בהליכים מורכבים במגוון תחומי הפעילות של המשרד ובכלל זה ממונה כבוררת וכמגשרת מטעם המוסד לבוררות וגישור של התנועה הקיבוצית.Liat leads the firm's litigation department as well as its mediation and arbitration practice. She has extensive experience representing companies, cooperative societies and individuals in litigation covering commercial, civil, administrative, real estate and intellectual property law. Liat represents and accompanies the firm's clients in complex cases, combining knowledge and experience across a wide range of areas including business disputes, contractual claims, property and intellectual property claims, administrative petitions, class actions, defamation claims and more. She has broad-based experience representing clients before all Israeli tribunals and courts and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Liat serves as an arbitrator and mediator in complex proceedings across the firm's practice areas, including appointments from the Kibbutz Movement's Institute for Arbitration and Mediation.
