אנו מאמינים במעורבות מתמדת ודיאלוג בקהילה ורואים עצמנו כמחויבים לה. במסגרת זו אנו בוחרים להשתמש בידע ובנסיון שלנו בכדי להעניק שירותים משפטיים, ללא עלות, לעמותות ולמטרות נבחרות, במסגרת מעורבות פעילה בקהילה.
המשרד מלווה ומייצג את עמותת "בית הגלגלים", בית לצעירים ומבוגרים עם מוגבלות פיזית, המהווה מסגרת חברתית וחינוכית.
המשרד מייצג את "עמותת לוטם" אשר מתפעלת ומנהלת חוה חקלאית המותאמת במיוחד לצרכי נוער עם מוגבלויות פיזיות.
המשרד סיפק שירותי ייעוץ משפטי ל"תנועה לחופש המידע" אשר שואפת לקידום שקיפות במוסדות ציבוריים והגברת הפיקוח על פעילותם.
במהלך העשור האחרון המשרד ליווה מספר הליכים משפטיים עקרוניים בהתנדבות מלאה, לרבות בנושאים של אפליה בפעילות משטרתית.
Pro Bono
We believe in sustained community engagement and dialogue, and we see ourselves as committed to our community. In that spirit, we choose to use our knowledge and experience to provide pro-bono legal services to selected non-profits and causes as part of active community involvement.
The firm advises and represents Beit HaGalgalim — a home for young people and adults with physical disabilities, providing a social and educational framework.
The firm represents Lotem Association, which operates and manages an agricultural farm tailored specifically to the needs of youth with physical disabilities.
The firm provided legal counsel to the Movement for Freedom of Information, which advances transparency in public institutions and strengthens oversight of their activity.
Over the past decade, the firm has handled several principled legal proceedings fully pro bono, including matters involving discrimination in police activity.
